Online Learning Courses:BreakThrough Conflict, Hardwiring Teamwork, and Persuasion and Influence are available to you or your organization on demand and when you need it. After over a decade of research and development, we are launching our new online learning system - extending our body of work from the traditional off-line classroom to the virtual learning world. Instead of people blocking out multiple days or incurring travel, lodging and meal costs, participants learn at their own preferred times and pacing. There is direct access to the Glasers in live video meetings. We are excited about our online learning’s increased convenience and access, decreased cost, and ongoing personal support.
Coreskills Reinforcement Videos: This online subscription features 3-5 minute video refreshers. This on-demand delivery gives participants control over the time, place, and pacing of their follow up learning. In addition, learning reinforcement quizzes at the end of each module assist with learning best practices.
Master Classes: These advanced practicum sessions are open to alumni of BreakThrough Conflict, Collaborative Leadership, and Persuasion & Influence. The purpose is to develop a habit of communication mastery based on practice and feedback. Master classes can be offered as open enrollment opportunities or they can be customized for specific work teams and for cross-divisional groups.
Organizational Culture Survey (OCS): Emerged from 36 years of published research. This web based survey measures and evaluates seven key dimensions of an organization’s culture: teamwork, morale, information flow, employee involvement, supervision, meetings, and customer service. In addition to assessing the organization as a whole, individual reports are also provided for departments specified, with a clear analysis of strengths and areas needing improvement.
Interpersonal Impact Inventory: An automated self report tool which assesses a person’s interpersonal impact, and offers a framework for coaching conversations.
Video Coaching Follow Up: Through phone and video conferences we stay connected with your team to focus on real-life, real-time communication opportunities. We use our time together to build on strengths and achievements, identify next steps for hardwiring communication mastery, and help resolve emerging or long-standing issues.
Community of Practice Forum: An incubator for ideas generated by an interactive community, this online discussion forum engages people and organizations around the world who have applied our core communication competencies and models. This interactive community helps transform ingrained communication habits into sustained, positive outcomes.
Certification Program: This on-line credentialing integrates Glaser models into an individual’s ongoing learning and development. Certification is now available for each of our courses at the Fellow, Master, and Associate levels. Certification amplifies the impact of a Glaser course from a one-day event to an ongoing program of learning.
Trainer-Training: We build from within your organization’s capacity for conflict resolution and teamwork by training and certifying internal coaches among your staff, embedding ongoing experts to continually reinforce skills.
