Mastery of Leadership Communication is the Glasers' only open-enrollment course held in Eugene, OR. |
Drs. Susan and Peter Glaser are offering Master Classes — advanced practicum sessions are open to people who have attended their courses in BreakThrough Conflict™, Hardwiring Teamwork, and Persuasion and Influence. While mainly designed for those who have attended their fundamentals courses, people new to these programs also find these courses extremely valuable in helping them to develop a natural habit of communication mastery based on practice and feedback. Master Classes begin with a brief review of skills, emphasizing the steps that are more counter intuitive than instinctual. The majority of the session involves practice, focusing on scenarios customized specifically for the group.
The purpose is to develop a habit of communication mastery based on practice and feedback. Master classes can be offered as open enrollment opportunities or they can be customized for specific work teams and for cross-divisional groups. |
Associate Certificate/Credentialing ProgramThis online credentialing integrates Glaser models into an individual’s ongoing learning and development. Certification is now available for each of our courses at the Fellow, Master-Coach Trainer, and Associate levels. Certification amplifies the impact of a Glaser course from a one-day event to an ongoing program of learning.

Interpersonal Impact InventoryAn automated self report tool which assesses a person’s interpersonal impact, and offers a framework for coaching conversations.

CoreSkills Reinforcement Videos

Organizational Culture Survey (OCS)
|
This online subscription features 3-5 minute video refreshers. This on-demand delivery gives participants control over the time, place, and pacing of their follow up learning. In addition, learning reinforcement quizzes at the end of each module assist with learning best practices.

Emerged from 36 years of published research. This web based survey measures and evaluates seven key dimensions of an organization’s culture: teamwork, morale, information flow, employee involvement, supervision, meetings, and customer service. In addition to assessing the organization as a whole, individual reports are also provided for departments specified, with a clear analysis of strengths and areas needing improvement.

Through phone and video conferences we stay connected with your team to focus on real-life, real-time communication opportunities. We use our time together to build on strengths and achievements, identify next steps for hardwiring communication mastery, and help resolve emerging or long-standing issues.
