Yet, according to a recent report by FlexOS, employees gave their managers a mediocre 7 out of 10 — basically, a C — on managing hybrid and remote teams. Worse, 30 percent said they’re blocked and discouraged by unclear communication from their bosses. Great question—thanks for jumping in! The shift to remote and hybrid work has made clear communication more important than ever. With fewer face-to-face interactions, it’s easier for things to get lost in translation—so leaders need to be even more intentional and clear in how they communicate.
