We have cracked the code of virtual experiential learning and we now offer a certification program that can be fully completed online.

Step 1: Watch self-paced video programming
Our videos were created in partnership with top researchers in online instructional design to heighten engagement and deepen learning. An interactive workbook assists learners to move from knowing to doing, by applying skills real-time as they are learned.
 
Step 2: Participate in a virtual trainer-training certification program – Now available for all 3 courses. Includes:
  • Video library of Glaser live interactive virtual workshops
  • Video library of  break-out room facilitations
  • Professional power point slides and run sheet
  • Examples of customized breakout room activities and recorded dramas
  • Protocol for Real-Life Refinement to ensure sustained learning
  • Virtual real-time study with the Glasers in a 2-hour Zoom to customize and refine learning events
 
Step 3: Demonstrate Mastery
  1. Pass core content assessment.
  2. Submit written assignment to demonstrate skill with real life application.
  3. Customize breakout room assignments to use during training sessions.
  4. Teach back: Submit a 90 min – 2-hour video of training session for feedback and certification. This can be with co-workers, friends, family as a pilot practice group.
Step 4: Order participant training licenses
A 60-minute follow up session is scheduled a month later, and built around participant questions, insights, and challenges. Based on a survey of learners three weeks after the learning event, a virtual community of practice is formed to refine skills based on real-life experiences:
  • What went well? What situations have been most challenging?
  • What could have been done differently?
  • How might a do-over conversation be crafted?
  • What might a gratitude conversation look like?
  • What are some general conclusions we might draw to help us close the gap between training and life?
Learners meet in focused dialogue pairs for real life skill practice with other team members. The goal of each focused dialogue is to explore action steps for achieving important work goals together, while simultaneously building their relationship.

  • Powers cooperation and creativity.
