Step 1: Watch self-paced video programming Our videos were created in partnership with top researchers in online instructional design to heighten engagement and deepen learning. An interactive workbook assists learners to move from knowing to doing, by applying skills real-time as they are learned. A 60-minute follow up session is scheduled a month later, and built around participant questions, insights, and challenges. Based on a survey of learners three weeks after the learning event, a virtual community of practice is formed to refine skills based on real-life experiences:

Learners meet in focused dialogue pairs for real life skill practice with other team members. The goal of each focused dialogue is to explore action steps for achieving important work goals together, while simultaneously building their relationship.
