Having grown up overseas in 6 different countries, Sheila brings with her a vast breadth of multi-cultural experiences that inform her creative marketing and communication perspectives. With a strong operations and creative project management background, Sheila has taken over all things Customer Experience and Business Development for Glasers & Associates. She looks forward to continuing to expand the reach of The Glaser’s mission through personal communication, graphic design, and writing.

Originally from Brooklyn, NY and now residing in Nashville TN, Elizabeth has extensive experience in operations and content creation. She has managed smaller community forums, e-commerce sites, vendors, and also been a part of operations teams heralding multi-million dollar development projects. With a creative writing degree and 8+ years as a freelance writer, editor, and social media manager, she comes to the Glasers ready to manage our travel and expand our online presence.

Dr. Carol C. Shuherk has been part of our team for almost 30 years and principle executive coach for the last ten. Whether she is working with C-suite executives or management team members, she creates an interpersonal connection that brings her clients fresh insights and new approaches.
Dr. Shuherk is Professor and Chair of the Management Communication department at the University of Rochester, and previous Senior Associate Provost, responsible for academic leadership development. |
