First thing you do in the morning when you wake up is, "tell yourself that today you cannot be broken and go out and win the day." "Never give up, never quit, then promise yourself" Measure yourself on who you are today compared to who you were yesterday and not the person other than you whom ever that may be. I remember the times when I was hungry after not eating for a few days; you have to fight to keep your dreams alive. I had to tell myself those things everyday that the pain would be temporary and to remember the pain so that you never let yourself feel that way again and to appreciate each day as a gift and to be humble and kind. Encourage others to greatness and help them see their endless potential.
